Carl Seastrand and Bobby Mullins, friends and former shipmates, started Quality Innovative Solutions, Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concern (SDVO SBC), a California corporation in the office of Watkins Firm in San Diego, CA on July 9th, 2004, dba QI-Solutions. 

They worked tirelessly over the years to create a company that served both the needs of their customers as well as their employees.  They worked with honor and integrity, always striving to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.  

In 2019 Bobby Mullins retired and Carl Seastrand became the sole proprietor and President/CEO of QI-Solutions, bringing in innovative ideas and aspirations for the company’s growth. Unfortunately, Carl passed away, and Caitlin Hussman, his daughter, assumed his position, striving to uphold his goals and steer the organization towards success.

Over the years we have learned how to compete aggressively and not only win new work, but also win existing work back. Our customers believe in us and we strive to conduct ourselves in a value-added manner ensuring that our employees appreciate the perseverance it takes to live up to our tag line “Anticipating Needs… Exceeding Expectations”.
